Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your K-Beauty Baddies purchase. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and beauty products that have been opened, used, or had their protective seal removed cannot be returned.

To request a return, please contact us at kbeautybaddies@gmail.com before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for where and how to return your item. Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at kbeautybaddies@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of skincare or beauty products that have been opened, used, or had their protective seal removed. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the product you would like.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
